Oatmeal Causing Unholy Ass Thunder

I thought I had an iron stomach until I started eating loads of Oatmeal. I'm 2 weeks into my cycle. I eat 2 cups in one sitting, 2 times a day. Eating the Oatmeal has gotten easier thanks to all the tips everyone gave me in the other thread about eating Oatmeal. Thanks again!

However, maybe I'm not cooking it right or I'm not really sure, but it combusts in my gut and has my intestines producing the most vile and ungodly gas and shits known to man. This culminates in several gastrointestinal triumphs throughout the day that would kill a horse. Sorry to be so graphic, but I'm at wits end here and I may have to cut out Oatmeal totally but I really, really don't want to do that. Any tips on preping the system so as to take the Oatmeal easier? Maybe tips on preparation, cooking times, etc?? I'm tired of fleeing to the safe haven I've found on the 3rd floor here where I work to unleash in private to spare my co-workers. Thanks in advance!
 
Thanks for the replys I'm not alone!! Must be the massive amounts of fiber our insides can't break down? Man it was so bad last night, I had to get up several times during the night to shit. I kid you not. So today, no more Oatmeal for me. I'm replacing it with a brown rice chicken cassarole I made. Today, so far so good. I wish there was like a pill or something you could take beforehand to prep your system for that onslaught of fiber.
 
Something called beano, that you take when you eat. Takes the gas away from what I've heard.
 
Try cutting back your oatmeal consumption until you don't have the problem. Run that way for a week or so and then up the amount a little each week. This might let you system get used to it.
I have bad gas......all the time. I use it as a weapon to keep people out of my office. Although.....thinking about it now......I know why they call me the 'fumigator'.

I'll tell you what your problem is bro. TOO MUCH oatmeal at one time. 2 cups is a fucking lot of oatmeal. I have a solid stomache and even when I make it as tasty as I can I have a hard time eating 1 cup dry oatmeal cooked.

You might cook it longer. I cook mine until it's mushy and not crunchy at all.

If you're eating 2 cups dry oatmeal cooked in 1 sitting you're seriously overdoing it and what's probably happening is it just clogs you up inside.

Drop down to 1 cup at a time bro, seriously.

Reminds me of when I started drinking raw eggs and would get horrendous, room clearing farts. I dropped a bomb so bad I cleared 7 people out of an open space outside. Now that's bad. I was perplexed because I had never had farting problems even when eating like 10 whole eggs "cooked". That when it came to me that eating them raw was a bad idea, at least for me.

I doubt you eat 2 cups dry brown rice cooked in one sitting do you?

That's my thoughts.

Been crappin 3-4 times a day, and farting aprox 4-5 times an hour, nothing to stinky, but a few of them had me ROFLMFAO...no one around. Going to the gym with this girl Im trying to hook up with...I have to "get a drink of water" about 4 or 5 times an hour.....horrible....Im only eating 1 cup per sitting, one time a day, as oatmeal is just not that fun to eat.....
