Anyway, 6:00 am - 30 minutes of cardio on the elliptical 7:00 am - 1/3 cup of oatmeal w/ 1TBS of flax seeds, 1/4 cup of berries and 2 egg whites 9:00 am - 1 scoop of French Vanilla Protein Powder w/ 1/2 cup of skim milk 11:00 am - 2 egg whites w/ 1/4 cup of pistachios
