Good morning everyone!

6:00am - 1 mug of mint tea

6:50am - 1/2 cup of oats w/ 3 egg whites and 2T of salsa; 1 multi & 1 Biotin

10:00am - 1 mug of green tea and 25 almonds

11:00am - 1 mug of green tea

Totals: TBA
Water: Working on 1st Liter

12:35 - 1 ALA; 12:45 - 1/2 cup of brown rice , 1 cup of chicken breast, 1 cup of spinach leaves and 3T of salsa

Totals: TBA
Water: Still working on that 1st liter; having trouble getting plain water down today - no problem drinking tea (count does not include tea)

Hey NYC Girl,

Ya know I"ve been having problems lately chugging down water, and I don't like Tea. I try to drink it anyway, but I know my count is way down. The other day I picked up some Clear Choice flavored water, and that helped me a lot, but we still need to chug the plain ole water. Just wanted to throw that out there in case you're really have a tuff time.

Thanks. :rose: Sometimes I can drink almost 2 gallons of this stuff. For the past 2wks I can only 2-3 Liters down.

5:05 - 10 almonds

I know I'm having the following, so adding it now.

Dinner (Around 7:30) - 1 cup of shrimp w/ 1 cup of whole leaf spinach

Bedtime - 2 scoops of PP blended w/ 10 almonds (grounded)

Totals: Calories - 1361; Carbs 87 (21%); Fats - 44 (31%); Protein - 155 (48%).

Joy Joy! Lifting weights tomorrow. Can't wait. Looking forward to increasing weights for squats and deadlifts ;) ; and eating more carbs and food. :p

Woke up late; did not have pre-workout meal. I was fine without it; will go without the meal for now on (plus, I get to sleep in an extra hour).

5:45am - YES

6:05am - Workout: Weights
Squats - 5x3: 60lbs added on
(not difficult; will stick with this weight for 5x5 routine on Sat.; breathing technique while doing squats and deadlifts have definitely improved)
Deadlifts - 1x20: 40lbs added on
(had to rest once; completed set - will stick with this weight for routine on Thurs.)
Seated Shoulder dumbbell press - 5x5: 25lbs dmbls
(I've been at this weight for awhile; an additional 5lbs would make this excercise impossible; controlling weight a lot better and completing sets w/o rest; I think I will be able to handle more weight at the end of the month)
Seated Calf Raise - 2x20: 75lbs added

7:00: 1 ALA & 2 scoops of PP mixed with water (did not have time to wait 15 min.)
7:10: 1/4 cup of oats w/ 2 egg whites

9:45: 1 cup of sweet potato and 2T of chicken breast

on the db press.....its difficult to add weight so....in crease reps at each workout until you can get at leat 8 reps per set...then go up 5 pounds

Totally did not pay attention to my log. Got into a very very long and heated debate on the Chat & Conversation forum. Diet was pretty much the same as yesterday. Tomorrow, it's HIIT day (god, I hate cardio). Anyway, will make sure to update my log tomorrow.
