12:30pm - 1 med. salad (1.5 cups of Spinach, 1.5 cups of grilled chicken breast, 3 cherry tomatos, 2T of black beans, 1T of sunflower seeds, 1/2 cup of croutons and 4T of ceaser dressing.
I'm feeling bloated today; "aunt flow" better be on time this month!!
