Good morning!!!

6:45am - 1 ALA

7:05am - 1/4 cup of pinhead oats w/ 3 egg whites and 2T of granola; 1 Biotin and 1 multi.

8:00am - YES

9:41am - 20 almonds and a mug of green tea

12:15pm - 1 parmessan crusted baked catfish (from co. cafeteria - 142 cal; 2.9 fat; 4.5 carbs and 23.4 protein) w/ 3/4 cup of brown rice and 3T of salsa.

5:00pm - 10 almonds

8:00pm - 1 cup of whole leaf spinach w/ 3/4 cup of chicken breast 1/2 a turkey sausage link and 1/4 cup of tomato sauce.

Totals:
Water: 1.5 liters

Squats - 5x3: 70lbs added on
Deadlifts - 1x20: 40lbs added on
Seated Shoulder Press - 5x5: 25lb dmbls
Seated Calf Raises - 2x20: 80lbs added on

Shadow - Next week is my 8th and last week on this program. Do you have any advice as to what I should next? Should I do high reps for about a month? What about HST?

6:50am - 2 scoops of PP mixed w/ water

7:15am - 1/4 cup of oats w/ 2 egg whites

Oh ok, I was just curious.... How did you feel while you were training? I trained on an empty stomach once a few weeks ago, and hmmm I'll never do that again. I thought I was going to be sick all over the place, and all my lifts suffered, I learned my lesson lol.

I'm feeling bloated today; "aunt flow" better be on time this month!!

4:30pm - 10 almonds

Dinner - 1 cup of whole leaf spinac, 1/2 cup of chicken w/ 1/2 hot turkey sausage in 1/4 cup of tomato sauce.

Had absolutely no energy this morning to do cardio. Will be ordering Cardio Breeze today. Will try to get to the gym this evening.

7:15am - 1/2 turkey sausage

10:00am - 20 almonds
