Good morning everyone!

7:30am - YES

7:50am: Cardio - HIIT (Precor Elliptical)
10 minute warm-up @ Level 8 incline & Resistane 8
75 sec. @ Level 10 incline; 45 Sec @ Level 14 incline (6 cycles)
5 minute cool down

8:45am - 1 ALA

9:00am - 2 scoops of PP mixed w/ water; 1 multi & 1 biotin

Not a good day for the diet. I gave in today and had an extremely bad lunch.

Bacon Cheeseburger w/ fries
Caffe Latte (my company has a starbucks in the building!)

Need to go to the supermarket tonight. Will prepare meals and start fresh tomorrow. I don't feel bad at all about what I ate today, in fact, I enjoyed it. I guess that is a good thing. Well, back on the PP, sweet potato, chicken breast train tomorrow.

Good morning!!

Ok - 4 weeks to ATL; need to get back on track. Will go to the gym this evening for Day 2 of lifting and HIIT; class last night and wanted to sleep in.

Pants are starting to feel tight around my lower hamstrings (due to increase in muscle) (around the waist and booty area - loose; shirts are feeling tight around bicep area. It's a little uncomfortable and odd; I guess I will get use to it.

6:30 - YES
6:45am - 1 ALA
7:00am - 1/2 cup of sweet potato and 2 scoops of PP mixed w/ water

10:30am - 20 almonds & 1 mug of green tea & 1 mug of hot water (I ran out of tea bags)

1:30pm - 1 large salad (4-5 cups of romaine lettuce; 1 cup of chicken breast; 1/3 cup of croutons; 2-3T of chopped bacon and 2T of ceaser dressing)

Got home around 7pm; body just shut down - very tired; went to bed as soon as I walked through the door (had a few sips of water); Slept of 11.5 hours woke up on 04/16/05 @ 6:30am

9:30am - Workout
Squats: 5x5 - 65lbs added on
Bench: 5x5 - 20lbs added on
Deadlift: 1x20 - 40lbs added on
Shrugs: 5x5 - 35lb dumbbells

Workout looks out of order;will get back to regular routine on Tuesday. Going tomorrow to do some light excercises and cardio

10:30am - 2 scoops of PP mixed w/ water

12:00pm - 1/4 cup of oatmeal w/ 2 egg whites

3:00pm - remaining amount of chicken breast & turkey sausage in tomato sauce (made this for dinners for the week; divided into 4 containers and at the rest for lunch today) w/ 2/3 cup of chick peas

8:00pm - 3 Hooters wings (hot & breaded) and some fries (BF's birthday dinner)

8:15 - 1 Liter of water

11:30 - 1/4 cup of pinhead oats, 2 egg whites and 2T of granola

3:30pm - 1 wrap w/ 1/2 cup of rice, beef and peppers & onions

8:30pm - 1/2 cup of granola and 10 almonds
