Fishoil 2 a day
Creatine 5g

I did some research on Hcgenerate, Gear, Need2slin, D-spark, and Unleashed

I want to start taking them year round with no stoppage. Can someone advice me on dosage to start taking these year round?

I was thinking
Hcgenerate 3 caps a day
Gear 10 caps a day
Need2slin 4 caps a day
Unleashed 3 caps a day
D-Spark 3 a day

Hcgenerate 3 caps a day----(max 8 weeks)
Gear 10 caps a day--- could use all year
Need2slin 4 caps a day--- can use all year
Unleashed 3 caps a day--- 8 week max
D-Spark 3 a day--- have to cycle on off

Personally I wouldn't take anything year round, except for your staples (vitamins, fish oil)
