Does anyone know where to find a list of 2003 NPC Fitness/Figure shows?

I don't know where there's a list, but (if you don't mind me jumping in on your thread) I've always wondered how one signs up for that kind of thing. Do you just mail in a registration and they tell you where it'll be and when?

A friend of mine is competing in a NPC figure show in 6 weeks... it's in the Midwest... I'm thinking Terre Haute,IN?? Could be mistaken. There is another one in the midwest in July...

there ya go you have to qualify for like nationals and whatnot of course, but state, if you take 1st or 2nd in state, you get to go to nationals. All you have to do is fill out the form and send it in and get a npc membership and you are all set.

Thats alright, 1st you have to get a NPC card which is 50.00 for the year if you're doing a NPC show. Once you have found a contest you want to do NPC or Natural, there are tons, I usually stay close to the stATE I live in (south). then you call up the sponser and they send you an application form, send in your entry fee. and show up at contest time. If u have any more ques. let me know I DID 3 LAST YEAR.

Huh. Interesting. I don't have plans to compete ever, but hearing stories about others going through the competition process always piques my interest.

I don't think I could do them yr. round, the diet is soo strict and you have to be very disciplined, but i loved the challenge, just to see my body change for the better was a great motivator!
