I will cut to the chase, I really don’t’ have time to workout these days.  Back when I was younger I could dedicate over an hour a night to the gym, now I am working 2 jobs and raising a family.  Time is limited these days.  I still want to get in a workout when I can so I will boil it down this way.  How would you set it up for someone who has 1 hour to lift twice a week only.
