Been browsing this forum a few times over the years.. never could post since it was a pay site... so when did this all change?

I was wondering... I remember this post in the archives section about a diet to get down from 8%bf to even lower like 4 or 5.. I can't I can for the love of god find the damn thread! Can anyone help!

Well from 8% - 4-5% bf, your gonna have to diet a lot and do a lot of cardio

I know that ..

There was this specific thread I remember with a specific diet. It was in the archived discussions section.. it had other stickies like what to do if your gear gets caught crossing the border... it's all gone.. What happened to this place since my last visit is what what I'm trying to find out...?
