A little info may help.

196lb
Current fitness level - minimal
So over the last 5 years I've
Gone being kinda average build but broad, to a rather big bellied guy, I do not know BF%.
My eating habits are bad as I only eat at night and drink mainly tea throughout the day.
All I want to do is lose BF, and tone up, before I forget I have a bad knee and waiting for knee replacement surgery so certain things can't be done too much otherwise I'm in agony for days.
I'm rubbish at all this fitness stuff, but due to other health issues I need to get a kick up the arse and get healthier but I am really stuck on what's best to do and what's not.
I'm here for advice on my best options to get healthier.
