New to the forums, few questions..

Yes, buns, white pasta. I remove any fat that is visible on any cuts of meat. Meat is prepared at medium rare. Burgers are done so they have a slight redness to them inside. Meatloaf and burgers made from 100% lean beef. The cereals I'm eating contain between 5-15g of sugar tops(per "recommended" serving). High in fiber, protein and vitamins. Is there anything I can eat that is healthier than cereal but just as easy to make? And perhaps in the same price-range or lower?

Hell if it's that bad I might as well just eat a double cheese burger from McDonald's every 3 hours then.

**Edit**
Not a vegetable fan. I'll get some onions, potatoes, tomatoes and some lettuce here and there. I drink at least a liter of water everyday(not including other liquids) and when I remember to drink water, I'll have at least 2 liters.

Buns, white pasta, white rice, white potato = sugar...what else are you putting on the burger? WHat else is in the meatloaf besides the meat (breadcrumbs?)

I don't really see much benefit to eating that much cereal...chicken/turkey on the George Foreman Grill is beyond easy...

You're also dehydrtaed, 1-2 liters of water a day isn't enough, you need to drink more even if little by little...I'm not a fan of a lot of things....but vegetables are a necessary part of the puzzle, ot every meal every day but they gotta be in there...

Ditch the cereal and eat some real food. And why nonfat milk? Please dont tell me to reduce fat since you followed that up saying you eat almonds. Fat isnt the enemy as long as its good fat, like from almonds and whole milk. Crappy Calories from cereal is the enemy.

Yes to reduce fat. I understand good fats aren't the enemy but too much of a good thing can be a bad thing. Since I consume 1-2 liters of milk daily, if that was 2% milk or so, my fat intake would be way too high. Eating almonds lets me monitor my healthy fat intake easier. What if I were to switch cereal for oatmeal? I know I have plenty of time to make proper meals, but I'm pretty lazy so I need something that's as easy as pouring and I'm good to go or as easy as making a sandwich(6 times a day haha)

Besides all that, let's say I was inclined to cycle anavar anyway. How long would an anavar only cycle be? And is PCT recommended for an anavar only cycle?

Then you'll get no more advice...

if you are lazy then you've may have chosen the wrong hobby lol:p

Lol. I'm not too lazy to work out. I'm never too lazy to go to the gym, I go 5x a week for that matter. But I know that's only half the battle. Diet and rest is the other. The problem with diet is that, this may sound odd but, I have no motivation to make food. I like quick fixes for food. That's why I've been eating cereal but I was under the impression it was good for me. But hey, thanks a lot for your advice :)
