New pictures---3 weeks of new diet

I had a shitty diet before which i was eating way too many sugars and carbs and not enough protein...I got some updated pics..yes the pic is kinda shitty, but you get the jist of it...
 
You look nice and lean now......didnt see your before pics. Congrats on the new diet though, its working .

on my before pics I wasnt lean at all...I could not seem to get any mass...but my new diet seems to work

I keep my carbs really really low...

6 am--usually 5 eggs

8 am--string cheese and a protein drink

10am--jello gelatin, no carbs and no calories

12 pm--chicken breast

2pm--2 cups of rice--1 cup of mixed veggies--1/3 cup of cream
of chicken and some cut up chicken breast

4 pm--protein drink and a chicken breast

5pm--gym

7pm--steak and protein drink

im also going to be taking some bcca (branch chain amino acids)
