Just did this for my post workout meal and it turned out pretty good...
get a baggie
pour in some oats (I use 1/2 cup)
and a little water to cover and let em soak for a few minutes.
Add a bunch of splenda and flatten em out in the bag....then freeze.....just as good as a granola bar, and no crap!
