Workout a
Squat 2x7 @35k
5x5 @72.5 159lb
B press 2x5 30k
5x5 75k 165lb
Seated lat raise. 5x5 80k 176lbs
Zed I found this I know you said no machines lol but I find I can do this without irritating my elbow and on the diagram it shows it's good for all the back. I can do it at a good weight also. Let me know what your thoughts are chief. Thank you. Also I'm loving bench at the min you know I've gained almost 40k in lifts in two year to me that is outstanding lol. I left the gym feeling a million dollars !

You're numbers are amazing!! I think the increase is great too..good job! I'm so impressed with your bench. My chest is, by far, my weakest area and you are rocking it!! Very inspiring!!
sugazombie if it works for you then fine by me gurl. Just keep your weight up on it cuz the machine takes some of the weight right back off due to its structure.
Also suga I just wanna say you are doning such an amazing job. This is how a 5x5 should be done. Anybody does it like this will get these kind of reults out of it.

Yo, yo yo....D!!! How's it going in here? How was your Christmas friend? I am absolutely so proud of your numbers!! Don't be disappointed!! I think you did a great job!! You're numbers are amazing and you look fabulous in your pics! Beautiful darrling!! I know it can be frustrating when it seems we do not do our absolutely best in the gym. Very discouraging. BUT..you've got this D!! You rock in my book!
