Here's a couple more recent pics as I'm nearly at 12 weeks I thought I'd let you guys see any progress made.
I'm looking a bit watery but I'm on to that got some aqua ban.
Workout B......I won't be drinking to see out 2011 so I treat myself to an extra session at the gym as mon it will be closed so will only be doing body weight reps.

I've decided to de load 10k to work on my form it's looking so much better now.
Count down to new year for me now crazy to think you guys still have four hours of 2011 left , may they be very special and all the best to you all for 2012 x

Dmkilla I love that! Ha yeah thanks for dropping by my friend. I'm loving every minute of the 5x5 it's always a challenge to get that next set my bench is up to 75k now two years ago I was only benching 40k my size gains are outstanding it's only recently I missed a couple reps so had to stay at the same weight for next workout but next workout I killed them I'm 12 weeks into it now and can't wait for the next 12. One or two slight hitches with injury one been tennis elbow which resulted in taking rows out and swapping them with seated lat raise it takes the strain off my elbow I also wear a support which seems to be great. I would appreciate any help you have time to offer Nate zed also is my hero as its because of him my training has come so far. Anyway all the best to you for 2012 Nate.

I swear I got something that will put rows back in your work outs. I got a month sample I will give you.. Put it on your elbow before and after each work out And like magic you will be thanking me. If you want the science of it I got that to just aksk but if its free experience is the only question left now lmao.. Just send me your name and address I will hit you up..
Now Let me ask you. I see woman all the time , talk to them about training all the time. I have trained girls in IFBB Body building down to NPC figure , MMA and everything in between.
Your training the 5X5 and wait is your goal? Also have you been taking a active anabolic? Chemical enhancement of any kind? Or any damn good sups??
