New Goal Of Weight Loss

ZenX

New member
I am very upset with myself. I had a goal of losing 40lbs in 2 months and I did not do it. I am now 222.5lbs and my starting weight was 236lbs.

Its time to be more serious and start busting my ass. My NEW goal is to reach 200lbs in 27 days which is 3 weeks and 6 days.

I will start out using zero supplements but eventually I will go back on 500mg of DNP for the remaining weeks.

Heres my problem. I attend college and I have a hard time eating the correct food. Can somone give me some ideas on what I could eat everyday for breakfast, lunch and diner?

Those goals are a little unreasonable. In 27 days you should be happy with 5lbs if your already down 12. Your running DNP,hummm and dont know what to eat? You should say good bye to you loved ones, good chance your gona die. Ok thats overboard but kinda true.

You want to lose 24 lbs in 27 days? That might be pushing you luck. If you live off campus making your own food is the best way to go but if you have to use a meal plan and only eat 3 meals a day have your own food (tuna, strawberries, anpb, etc) in your dorm so you dont go into the cafeteia starving your ass off. If your college is like mine than healthy food is few and far between but it can be done because i was able to do it.

I have done a few dnp cycles already. I know what to eat but Its hard to find things when in college. Thats why i was asking if anyone had any ideas. I dont have tons of cash laying around to spend on food.

Give me some ideas bro. This is why I struggle.

Wait, whats your current body fat percentage?

Those are good results! You have to be a real fat ass and nearly unhealthfully starve yourself to lose more than 4 pounds a week (in my experience).

Try CKD and do high intensity interval training.

If you can add Protein Powder to your budget, I would definitely start there.

Do you have a fridge in your room? Fruit, cottage cheese, anpb.

There are SO many things you can make in the microwave. You can cook eggs, oats, sweet potatoes, red potatoes, frozen veggies, instant brown rice.

Canned goods: tuna. Re: chicken & shrimp - rinse it off to wash off some of the sodium - then heat up

I don't know what your dorm rules are regarding a George Foreman grill, but if you can get the small one, do it.
