New exercises for you guys .....

Here is a couple exercises I though up. Not sure if anyone does them but they hit me really hard and I wanted to let you all know.

1st one is a Standing Cable Row
However on this you use the ropes that are used in Tri Ext's and grabe them palms facing in towards the body. Start standing back a bit and with the cable set at the bottom pin. Pull up and back as if you are combining a shrug with a row. It gives you another inch or two more pull back and really kills the whole back. Check em out ... you'll love em

2nd is pretty simple and I found it by mistake.
I was trying to think of pressing movement for my shoulders and went to move the medicine ball out of the way. I picked it up and went to throw it to my friend and felt a good burn in my delts. So I picked it back up and just started throwing it straight up and catching it over and over again. Talk about a pump before leaving the gym. This would be great for warm up or a final blow out.
