to be honest I was 25% bodyfat like 4 years. I was also 275 pounds at 5'9 @the time too.
LOL you're the last person I would listen too in terms of what to do to get cut.

Yah it's definitely something i need to work on (cockinss) not only online but in real life. I've been trying so hard lately to not be arrogant and cocky IRL but I dont know how to change. I guess it's just who i am. Sometimes I feel like i just need to stop talking to people all together
