Hey guys, I just want to thank you all because I've learned a lot from you all and today I set a new PR in the Dead Lift with 405lbs. I know that for a lot of you this isn't much, but to me it's a feat at 181lbs. Especially sine a month ago i barely got 365. Well, I do have a question though, my squat is significantly weaker than my Dead lift, about 70lbs weaker, is this normal? I'm following the Westside program.
