always, i went from not being able to squat the bar to a 3 plate squat in a couple of years, and that was when i was completely natural...... you have to remember D, i'm a short ass, i'm built to bench and squat i have a dislocated rib that won't stay in place so i have to be taped up today hopefully i can bench on monday.

good thing is 205 isnt a mental barrier to me anymore.. hell i trpled it on decline. im setting my sights on 225 for the near future.. i like this whole gain weight, get stronger thing.. its been working well (even though i only gained 4 lbs)
