Well today, I have to confirm that ANY sort of stomach discomfort is completely gone. I am positive it was just an adjustment for the stomach. Cutting down on time gradually after taking the pills, was completely effective. As mentioned before, our carbon units react better to evolution instead of revolution in this dimension of time and space.
Yesterday was legs day, GREAT WORKOUT!!!!! I can really tell the difference. I don' know if everybody is getting this energy and endurance increase, but I can really tell it is for me, and proved that yesterday on legs.
I have also increased carbohydrates.
A sample meal for me look like this:
- 3 raw eggs
- 2 tablespoons all natty peanut butter
- 1 tbsp of all organic molasses.
- 1 slice of all whole wheat bread.
I switch eggs with chicken breast, wheat bread for oatmeal or toasted wheat, etc.
Another effect after 5 days, FRIGGIN VEINAGE! I go down to lift one of my cats, and my veins pop up in my biceps and front shoulders. lol
For legs, I spread the workout in 2: Yesterday was front (quads) todays is back (hams and calves). My quad workout looks like this:
- squats 4 x 10-12
- Leg presses 4 x 10-12
- Leg extensions 4 x 12-15
- Smith Machine Squats 4 x 10
