Need suggestions for having breakfast at work...

So my work schedule is changing and I have to be at work 30 minutes earlier starting next week...

I need my sleep, so I would prefer to eat breakfast at work every morning. I have a fridge, a microwave, a toaster oven, and boiling water out of the water cooler at my disposal.

I am thinking of some combo of:

Whey shakes
Yogurt
ANPB on wheat bread or bagel
oatmeal
Bananas
hard boiled eggs

What else can I have at work? I usually eat omelettes at home, but unless I can find a way to make a tasty microwaved egg, that is out.

Any suggestions are appreciated...

Actually, microwaved eggs are not that bad. Top it with a little salsa. Or throw in some diced veggies brought in from work.

Cottage Chesse (I probably weigh at least 50lbs less than you; well I hope I do, lol; so that may not be enough).

I'm in the same shape as you, I started making smoothies right before I leave and today I did oatmeal/peanut butter microwaved. Here the smoothie I make before i leave:

1/2 cup of yogurt, banana, milk, 6 ice cubes, 1 tablesppon of ANPB, 20g whey protein, flax seed oil (optional). These are very good and I look forward to them, also I think chereos are okay to eat as well with skim milk.

Yes, I forgot about cottage cheese...I like to put in on toast.

Give me a clue about these microwaved eggs. scramble two eggs in a bowl, a dash of milk? Oil? How long to zap?

By the way, I am 5-8, 193lbs...so you proably are at least 50lbs less than me :)

Scramble the eggs in a bowl, a dash of milk a little seasoning (if you want) and microwave for 2 minutes. Stir and pop back in for another 2-3 minutes or until done (you may have to stir once more).

Try this one out....Mix 7 egg whites and 1/2 cup of oatmeal in blender. Pour right into a pan with medium heat. It makes one big pancake. Cut it up into quarters add some sugar free maple syrup and stick in the fridge. You can make it the night before to save time and just zap it the next day. It has almost the same consistancy as a real pancake just a bit dryer. It really doesn't taste bad. Its about 30g protein, 27g a carbs. Only thing is i have heard that blending the oatmeal can speed up the digestion a little making it a slightly higher GI.

They'll hate him for his body too. We never win.

Carry some "Glade" brand or some type of Air freshner around with you in a holster type carry case, and spray around the "odorous" area!

If it isn't the eggs, its the broccoli, or its eating so many meals in one day, or its the supplements lined up on your desk and the obese secretaries think you are suffering from mental issues, or its the funny looks you get when you fill up 2 1.5 liter water bottles at the water cooler.

Its always going to be something.
