so heres the thing.... right now im weighing in at 201 pounds and ive been dieting for about 4 weeks now and i have lost 11 pounds.im trying to loose my stomach i got from eating what i wanted all winter. i need some help with my dieting, here is how my eating goes...
1 cup oatmeal about 6 am
2 whole eggs and 7 whites about 945 am
2 cans of tuna and lettuce about noon
shake around 4 pm
2 chicken breasts and small carb around 8pm
40 gram shake around 1030
during the day i also supplement with vitamin c and bcaa's throughout the day. i run about 15-20 minutes every night i workout which is 4 times a week at about 4-4.5 miles an hour which is what the thing calls for to lose fat.i have read that creatine is good for diets but i dont see how since it makes you retain water. any suggestions will be helpfull
