I have been eating tuna fish mostly but i am getting really sick of it im gonna try some of that old fashion oatmeal can someone just give me a list of things that would be ok to eat for snacks throughout the day? Thanks.
Depends on what your diet looks like and what you are trying to achieve. Can you provide some more information?
E.g. I am on a higher fat diet as I am cutting bodyfat, and as an example, I eat walnuts (25g - small amounts a couple of times a day) but they are inexpensive when brought in bigger bags.
Trying to lose bodyfat as well im 220 trying to get down to 200-205 one thing though you said ur trying to lose body fat but then you said ur eating more foods high in fat. How does that work?
ANPB, Omega-3 All Natural Mayo, Chunk Light Tuna, fruit/veggies from local farm mart, walnuts, almonds, eggs, whey protein, sugar-free jelly, whole wheat and regular potato bread (no HFCS in this stuff), Quaker oats (fuck the Irish oat crap, it's the same damn thing).
careful with what you call "snaks"... if it's not planned as part of your daily caloric intake, don't eat it bro. Cutting is all about the numbers and normally there is not much slack built into the days.
