Need help with my breakfast...

Hi
This is my first meal (breakfast):

5 egg whites
2 large egg
1/2 cup oats
1 slice of whole wheat bread
1 tbs of flax seed

My question is i really dont like eggs but i eat them to get my proteins but now i cant take it anymore,can i substitute the eggs for a protein shake?

Definitely. You can eat any quality protein source from kobe steak to a whey protein shake at any meal of any time of day.
 
Yes, if it wasn't for whey protein, I wouldn't be a bodybuilder (in college). On MAX days I get 150+ grams of shakes!
