22 yrs old, 5' 10" ,228 lbs ,20% bf
I started dieting about three weeks ago at 236 lbs. I am looking for some suggestions of foods to add or find out what I need or need to cut out. I pretty much have the same diet from day to day. I am also currently using Fyre but not sure if it is working. I lift M-F with cardio Tues, Thur, and Sat.
7:00 Eggs (5) with some 1/2 cup of oatmeal, water
9:30 Fat free yoguart and some almonds, water
12:00 Chicken breast with some toast, water
3:00 Chicken Breast, almonds, water
5:00 Work-out
6:00 PWO (protein, cretaine, oats, glutamine) any help would be great
7:00 Shrimp, steak, or chicken depends what I'm in the mood for with some bread
8:30 Low-fat cottage cheese with some applebutter or plain
