Need Help With CuttingDiet!

Hello all I am new here!


It is my first real attempt at cutting and i am not sure if i am doing it correctly so any help is greatly appreciated! I am at the end of my second week and although i have noticed some weight loss i dont want it to be muscle!

I am 5ft 11 and weighing about 85kg ( 13 stone 6 pounds)

I am taking ephedrine while on my cutting diet and i am taking it as follows so please advise if this is correct. I am taking 20mg ephedrine with 200mg caffeine

Week 1. Once a day monday to friday - 2 days rest
week 2 . Twice a day monday to friday - 2 days rest
week 3 3 times a day monday - friday - 2 days rest
week 4 - none
week 5 - 2x a day monday - friday
week 6 - 3x a day monday - friday

Ok so now to the diet!

waking up about 7:15 - Black Coffee
Cardio

8:30 Scrambled egg 1 yolk , 3 egg whites skimmed milk

11:00am 100g chicken breast , 2 oatcakes , an apple & a green tea (Can i have more than 1 apple here? any suggestions on other fruits?)

2:00 180g Chicken Breast, (sometimes lettuce) & Green Tea

3:30 100g Chciken Breast, 2 oatcakes , an apple & mug green Tea

4:45 20g low calorie protein powder (Whey protein isolate from myprotein.com), 2 oatcakes , Banana

5:00 about an hour weight training

6:15 40g low cal protein powder

7:15 150g lean red meat . 40g wholemeal pasta

9 - 10 (sometime have scrambled egg, 1 yolk 3 whites with skimmed milk)

Bed Time: 20 g protein shake, i have tried 200g cottage cheese but really dont like it! should i just put up with it?

Any Help with anything will be appreciated!

Looks pretty good. Just make sure you don't cheat to often and sleep/train hard to.

I dont know how you muster drinking black coffee and having milk with eggs. I cant stomach either together.
