i was always overweight back in highschool I weighed 380 pounds I dropped down to 215 but then i got into drugs and alcohol and shot back up to 310 ive recently started my diet back up again since ive been clean for almost a year now. Id like to get back to 215 maybe 210 but im stuck at around 225. Im 6'3 im using the same diet that got me down to 215 the first time. It consists of 5 meals a day
Meal 1 is either a tuna sandwich on whole weat or a bagel with a slice of lowfat cheese and a protein shake. post 3 mile jog
meal 2 tuna no bread and a slice of lowfat cheese melted on
meal 3 chicken breast, vegtables and a can of soup.
meal 4 either cottage cheese or 4 whole eggs with a slice of cheese melted on top
meal 5 3 light cheese sticks and a protein shake (before bed)
I weightlift 3 times a week and do about 220 situps on my weight lifting days. For some reason I cant seem to break past 225. What changes do you guys think I should make to my diet to help beat the stalled weightloss? Any advice would be greatly appreciated as this is getting me really frustrated.
