Need help planning a diet and schedule

Hi there, I have been half heartedly trying to lose weight and gain muscle for a while. However not been taking it seriously or doing it well. I have not decided I will actually do it well and set my mind to it as if I want to do something I will. If I can’t eat something I won’t. I have a very strong mental attitude in that sense.

Anyhow, I've done a bit of reading but have confused myself more. What I am looking for is a diet I can stick to week after week, I don't care about repetition my current diet is really repetitive as it is.

These are my facts.
Age: 18
Weight (aprox): 63kg
Height: 5' 7"

This is more or less my current schedule now that I have finished uni for the year.

Current exercise
1hr football (In goal) Mondays
4hr golf - Wednesday, Friday, Sunday
1:30hr football friday
5.56 bike ride to swimming - (150*25m)/1600 = 2.34mile swim
Free Weights some nights

So, I really need some help to get me going with this diet as that’s what I need to get done! Not sure if it matters, however I take Propranolol twice daily for migraines.

Look into the Paleo Diet. Its fairly easy to follow and a lot of folks have good success with it. I do a modified version where I eat reduced carbs.
