My weakness in benching

IF my weakness was near lockout, I would say i need to prioritize my triceps and do some 4-5 board presses to emphasize that portion of the lift.
 
I'm going to make up week 4's schedule soon, but it will be based upon the replies i get on this post, so ill wait a few days to make it. So far, thanks for the help, I'm getting all excited now ;)

Yes, it's a study that involves a few upper body and lower body strength and power tests, plus their meet performance. Soreness is also another variable that is being evaluated after the big workouts...squat, bench, and deadlifts. The training cycle begins without lifting equipment and ends with lifting equipment.
