I am looking to cut the best I can the next 7+ weeks, just completed 16 week DECA and Test cycle.

I am currently 6'2ish and 214ish, during the 16 week deca cycle I did a recomp type diet where I lost weight then gained some back with muscle. I took 200 Deca and 300 Test C), I maintained the dose for 16 weeks to stay conservative as I had never run a long ester nandrolone and was unsure as to water weight/ bloating.

Proposed cycle for this cut:
Weekly breakdown of compounds.
260mg Test c (trt dose)
200mg EQ
30Mg Win daily
100mg NPP ( joint care)
7 caps of N2Guard daily

I have Aromasin, Adex on hand if needed as well as test, npp.

Here are examples of my current workouts from the Deca cycle:

I am not sure I will be able to drive as much weight without the DECA in another week or so but I am prepared to keep trying.

I would not use NPP for any type of joint care considering it does nothing for real healing and will only cover up a problem. Once you discontinue it, you could perhaps be worse off from it just hiding an injury. I would not include that here and for cutting down, I would look at primobolan over equipoise
 
I can drop the npp no problem, was spoiled with the way deca made me feel, I have no joint issues to speak of. I do have var on hand, plenty of test, Eq already ordered guess I could bulk with that down the road. Primo is truly primo price, any sources or labs you suggest? Are you thinking I do my trt dose of test at 260mg, and how much primo per week with var per day? Can primo be pinned twice per week with my test? Thank you for the clarification and help!
 
I would look at a cycle of test, primo and anavar.. DROP the npp
I watched the video on Anabolix, awesome video.
So maybe 300 test c and 500 primo?

@man05 Mark, happy to see you share this, and I do follow your log closely

now, on your cutter you propose this

260mg Test c (trt dose)

200mg EQ

30Mg Win daily

100mg NPP ( joint care)

7 caps of N2Guard daily
I think thats a clean cycle, but you can bump the winstrol to 50mgs ed just split dose AM 25mgs PM 25mgs or 30/20 thats the same

higher winstrol might dry you out a bit, but it will help you shred up

with 260mgs testosterone you should at least have 5mgs aromasin/week
 
you are using winstrol which hurt joints
then covering it up with NPP which helps joints

see the issue there?
i would just switch to tbol and var

also still can't wrap my head around that high of a TRT dose. it is more than 100% more then where TRT should be.
 
if your joints are bothering you already then how does it make sense to use Winstrol in the first place?
maybe get a log up

get your log going on it and let's push!
