Did legs and a little cardio today. Very hard workout. Decided to cut my workout short since I’m still dealing with this cold.

Seated isolation calve presses 110lbs up 5lbs 3x12
Leg extensions 155lbs up 5lbs 3x12

Hopefully I’ll feel better tomorrow. I have absolutely no appetite. I’m having to force myself to eat lately.

@Mk11kh to start take 3 full days off from the gym, trust the EF family, rest for 3 days, even if you feel better.

On the doses. Keep taking n2guard, multis, vitamin D and omegas daily, add this new immune support 4 per day split dose 1 every 2 hours.

You should also get chicken soup and drink it daily, it works. Or get bone broth soup, hot drink it daily. Dont worry about macros, try to get extra food to help recovery.

less volume than normal is still pretty solid.

Don't worry about losing some weight being sick. It will all come back anyway.

I lost weight again. I weighed myself this morning. I came in at 155.4lbs. I’ve lost 3lbs in the past 2 weeks. Should I eat more? Or is the tren and tbol just burning fat?

I’m progressively overeating every week. I’ll take a progress pic today at the gym

4 small corn tortillas/i make tacos with these

I’m doing RDLs, hip thrusts, and laying hamstring curls. In addition to my other leg work on leg day. What do you all recommend? I was considering doing legs 2x a week- one day quads and calves and the other day posterior chain/glutes/hams

155 lbs is not bad. Losing weight is not bad. Let your body Manage itself and stay out of its way Especially while you're going through a sickness.
 
Anytime you have vascularity in your arms while cold, then you know that you're losing body fat

I’ve done legs 2x a week on gear before and my legs responded well to it. I think I’m at like 290-300g of protein per day.

I was trying to reduce the volume of my workout. I usually just do arms, but hadn’t done forearms in a while so decided to add them in. I think next time I’ll just do 2 bicep 2 tricep and forearm work instead.

Wanted to get to a lower BF% faster on my cut. I’ve done clen before and I did get good results on it but that was years ago. Plus clen is cheap. Ozempic I’m not sure. My friend told me ozempic you can’t just stop abruptly and recommended clen over ozempic.

@Mk11kh there are smarter and better options than clenbuterol or semaglutide (thats ozempic).
Fasting is one, cardarine gw, cardazol, n2slin x and other supps. But in the end we need to get your diet in check and cardio up to cut, I'm sure you would agree bro :)

Well my diet is pretty good and I’m doing a good amount of cardio at least intensity. This entire bulk I’ve done it clean.

So clen looks really cheap. I’m considering buying it for my cut. Does clen burn muscle? I’d really like to get my abs more defined and get through my cut faster. Or is Ozempic neuter? I more people have said it’s not necessary but I’d must like to get the best possible results

Clenbuterol has a high receptor affinity then cuts off and doesnt work after a certain time.

You should rotate.

what dosage cardarine do I take? I found it on a few places at different prices. I see it’s avail in 10mg and 20mg capsules.

This was a problem I was encountering with my training. I can only go to the gym 1x a day And it’s usually at 9am. I usually have breakfast head to the gym then do warmup cardio followed by my weight training followed by 20 mins of moderate cardio.

After that I have school. So I unfortunately can’t train 2x a day. Will cardarine be ok still?

Or will I just do 20mg in the morning before I head to the gym?
