Today's gym session with 30mins on the bike HIT Cycle

I had one of my shakes 4oz of brown rice 1lb of chicken brest (I used some BBQ sauce about two tablespoons) and 1/4 watermelon

@Dpog77 I find liquids the easiest to use or pills, but liquids easy and you can split the dose easy.
I bought 1 bottle of rhe pills for the 1st 30 but if you tell me how to dose the liquid I will buy that for the rest of the Cycle.

My var is taking forever to get here if this arrives sooner can I start this before the var? I will probably run 12 weeks of Canad and 8 weeks of the var. I also got the liver protector you told me to.

@Dpog77 the volume is really good but you need to up some sets to 15 reps way more pumps required man :)
