Yesterday was a bug work day so no gym I ate light with a chicken base, low carbs and one of the shakes I make (posted earlier in the thread) and I was down 2lbs on the scale this morning
I took the trt yesterday without the gym so I generally have shit sleep if that is the case so I only slept like 4 hours and went to the gym today at 5am did not have much energy but got something in (below)
I still don't have any gear besides my regular TRT so this is just normal stuff.
