I have been training on and off since I was 24. For a long time I was 10-15% BF. Truth be told I put partying before fitness and over time I lost all I had worked hard for. I started TRT about w years ago.
.5 ml twice a week of Test cypionate w/
.25 twice a week Androsol
25mg twice a week enclomiphene
My test is 1200 (was up to 1500) and labs across the board are good. I have them run through my TRT provider once a month. When I was injecting 1 time a week my Hcrit was a bit high and I don't know my Shgb. I also take Finistride 5mg to keep my hair.
I want to run Anavar with this to lean up and add mussel.
I work out 4 to 5 (sometimes 6) times a week for 1.5 hours on a basic Back/bi chest/tri leg/shoulder routine. I do 15 mins of hit on the bike each time I work out.
I also do 3 days a week of slow 10k step walking cardio.
I have the ability to eat as clean as I want and mostly do but I recently quit drinking and find myself craving sugar so Ice cream is a problem.
