I have been training on and off since I was 24. For a long time I was 10-15% BF. Truth be told I put partying before fitness and over time I lost all I had worked hard for. I started TRT about w years ago.

.5 ml twice a week of Test cypionate w/
.25 twice a week Androsol
25mg twice a week enclomiphene

My test is 1200 (was up to 1500) and labs across the board are good. I have them run through my TRT provider once a month. When I was injecting 1 time a week my Hcrit was a bit high and I don't know my Shgb. I also take Finistride 5mg to keep my hair.

I want to run Anavar with this to lean up and add mussel.

I work out 4 to 5 (sometimes 6) times a week for 1.5 hours on a basic Back/bi chest/tri leg/shoulder routine. I do 15 mins of hit on the bike each time I work out.

I also do 3 days a week of slow 10k step walking cardio.

I have the ability to eat as clean as I want and mostly do but I recently quit drinking and find myself craving sugar so Ice cream is a problem.

As far as supplements below is the list

Great job quitting drinking! You just gotta fight through the cravings and they will go away. Ice cream is not the answer when you need to cut, lol. Put the focus on diet and training as you lean down.

I do understand I should drip BF and I am working on that currently however the Anavar is on the way and I surely have great bloodwork and feel amazing on the TRT so I was looking for a reccomended cycle of Anavar with the TRT I am currently taking.

I hear lots of diffrent things about length and duration and mg.

It seems as if 40-50mg a day is often suggested but I also have seen videos from the guy (someting) Steve on YouTube that shows studies that you can run 20mg for a longer pierod. As mentioned I am not looking for overnight dramatic results just want to start reversing the damage to the Fat/LBM ratio I have now.

Would also love a suggestion for a PCT or of one is needed with the test and Androsol I on now. Also on enclomiphene as it says in my first post.

Yeah sour cream is one of my faves with all the turkey. Even if it fits into my metrics?

I generally fast til 1030 am from 530pm I hit the gym at 8am so full workout fasted. I do need more cardio

Today foods
This chicken is nuts I will post how to make it pull apart like rhis and no dryness at all. It is the same bowl as I generally eat woth the chi Ken for turkey this time. About 1lb chicken for 1lb turkey.

Also the shake today and a quest bar

Ok thank you fr the reccomdation! Truly apperocate it. I have a couple of questions ad I am new at rhis so I hope you do not mind. I am surely not questing you or your expertise just more overall asking so I can understand rhe reasoning myself.

I had never heard of Caradine (obvi) There seems to be a cancer risk at this dose level is it effective if your does reccomdation is cut in half? Could I get this same effect with Clem? Where would I get legit Caradine?

Anavar, leaving looked into is before joining here and getting 1ml different answers I thought 50 was the top of reccomendd dose. Being a novice Iwas going to do a 30mg lead in woth 20 sublingual before gym and 10 later in the day for week 1 and then move to 40 20 and 20. Please don't blast me for this but I do have hair concerns. I work hard to keep what I have and it effects me mentally when the fight is not going my way.. to be fair I have an enviable amount of hair but I am dillinger about myself to keep it. I kmow var is a dht derivative and it comes with natural risks so I was thinking not to push it to the max.

Finally what PCT will I need and how often can I run the cycle with how much time off?

Today I will eat a chicken bowl as in my previous pics with a shake for donner and end eating at 530pm.

I will hit the gym today and do chest snd tri workout and cardio on the bike then a 2 mile walk later w my dogs. I will keep the calories under 2k for sure probable under 1800 I will post that tom.
 
Ok so how shoukd I buy this? Liquid to pin or pills or powder? I will do the reccomended.

I will also track my training on the body building app and post what is done at the gym each session
@Dpog77 I find liquids the easiest to use or pills, but liquids easy and you can split the dose easy.

My var is taking forever to get here if this arrives sooner can I start this before the var? I will probably run 12 weeks of Canad and 8 weeks of the var. I also got the liver protector you told me to.

@Dpog77 the volume is really good but you need to up some sets to 15 reps way more pumps required man :)
 
you're doing a lot of good stuff here I'd be careful though on the inclines on the Smith machine
 
be careful with the shoulders and elbows when you're doing Smith machine it can really cause damage

Yesterday was a bug work day so no gym I ate light with a chicken base, low carbs and one of the shakes I make (posted earlier in the thread) and I was down 2lbs on the scale this morning

I took the trt yesterday without the gym so I generally have shit sleep if that is the case so I only slept like 4 hours and went to the gym today at 5am did not have much energy but got something in (below)

I still don't have any gear besides my regular TRT so this is just normal stuff.

Ok so this arrived today, very fast shipping. I think Var is still two weeks out. I am going to start this now at 20mg as suggested since I will run this for 22 weeks and the var for 8

So now jist TRT and Carnadine will add 40 mg Var split and sublingual am dose when it arrives.

So I just looked over all the foods to see where I could cut and realized samsung health does not factor net carbs. The bread has 10 carbs but 10grams of fiber so 0 carbs. I am under 150 for sure.
