Approved Log My TRT and Anavar Cycle Log

Ok so here are my food stuffs and workout. Now this is the perfect goal. This will be what I eat on the cycle and what I strive at eating now. As mentioned previously I am dealing with som sugar issues (cravings) after quitting problem drinking. Once I begin the cycle there will be no Ice Cream cheating

Start at 60 for 12 and work up until I can get only 5 reps twice on a weight with 2 mins rest usually 120

Then work back down to 60 and go 60-30 one arm for 12 each

Not sure exactly what food pics I can give. Besides the metrics I added photos of the exact recipe with amounts and all. Attached are some pics of the brand ingredients and what the composed dish looks like if that helps.

I do understand I should drip BF and I am working on that currently however the Anavar is on the way and I surely have great bloodwork and feel amazing on the TRT so I was looking for a reccomended cycle of Anavar with the TRT I am currently taking.

I hear lots of diffrent things about length and duration and mg.

It seems as if 40-50mg a day is often suggested but I also have seen videos from the guy (someting) Steve on YouTube that shows studies that you can run 20mg for a longer pierod. As mentioned I am not looking for overnight dramatic results just want to start reversing the damage to the Fat/LBM ratio I have now.

Would also love a suggestion for a PCT or of one is needed with the test and Androsol I on now. Also on enclomiphene as it says in my first post.

its hard to say if you should drop bodyfat or not bro :) you havent shared your base pic, can you share your picture face blurred with us please?

like if we tell you a cycle and we dont even know what you look like hard to guess, and anavar better higher doses short time more results BUT really depends, would help if you shared more please :)

Yeah sour cream is one of my faves with all the turkey. Even if it fits into my metrics?
 
check out the other logs putting up some meal pictures are really appreciated because it gives people ideas as to what they can prepare I've got my log on Evo and I'm going to be posting some crazy meals tomorrow that will blow people's minds
Ok awesome if it is a meal sharing thing then I can surely participate in that. I will keep posting as I make.
