8 week cycle

I'm 5'7'' about 180lbs...not sure of BF but want to lean out a bit more!! naturally of course
 
Hey Bro, I'd Say ur BF is 6-7%

I have a very similar body type, 5'6 186, except my BF is around 10. U look awesome. Id say a nice bulk cycle to get in in the 200lb area, then shred down to be a solid 195 and u will be a monster.

Hey Bro, I am thinking of a similar cycle in november, to get over the 200lb mark. Then in the spring I will be doing a viscious cutting cycle. All in all I would like to end up at about 190-200lbs with 7% BF.

our stats and goals seem very similar. Keep me posted on ur progress.

I just bought this digital

so I don't have a before pic...sorry: I did no cardio or dieting the 1st 4 weeks, the second 4 weeks i dieted and did 25min of cardio 3x/wk for 25 min.

meal 1:
9:00 AM
5 egg whites
.25 cup oatmeal (dry measurement)

Meal 2 11:00AM
Protein shake
2.5 oz of tuna on brown rice .5 cup

Meal 3 1:00Pm
4 oz chicken breast on pasta or rice w/ brocolli

Meal4 3:00 PM
Protein shake
Piece of rye bread w/ tablespoon of Peanut Butter

3:30-5:30 LIFT HARD

5:30PM
6oz chic breast on pasta (Carbs- post workout)

7:30
Protein Shake
2.5 oz tuna

9:30
Turkey breast sandwich on Rye

11:30 PM
5 or 6 egg whites depending on hunger

Harsh??? Dude, you have awesome symmetry, super low body fat, and you're not freaky looking at all. If I were you, I'd just try and mantain that physique. A lot of guys just go a little too far. I'm super jealous.
 
You are looking fascinating. By chance can you post your measurements? Just curious. I am the same height and weight and in the middle of a bulking cycle. Thanks-Yenko

what size arms do you have ..17 ...I bet ...I am about the same size as you but i have the smooth look im 5/6 ..174 ...my ams are 16 1/4 with pump ....How many cycles have you done ?

my stats are/were almost the same but i was never satisfied. when i lost it and came to my current stats, i look back and wish!
it wasnt a simple EQ and winstrol either, hell with my genetics i needed anadrol, deca, winstrol, clen, eca, t-200, propionate, sustanon; all combined with no cardio or diet. i ended up loosing 12% bf lost 6 inches on my waist while staying the exact same weight, 186 at 5'6"
basically i am telling you, you are there and enjoy it!!!:D :D :D :D

Those are awesome results though buddy! You managed to loose alot of fat while gain lbm which can be pretty hard to do.

my 1st cycle info

I did 500mg sust/wk for 8 weeks. I gained about 21 lbs during the cycle. I ate anything and everything. It was nutz! I did clomid for 2 weeks afetrwards. I ended up losing about 10 lbs. when I was off if not more. Thats what pissed me off I dropped weight pretty fast, but still had some quality gains.

I would suggest it to anybody as a 1st cycle. Next is going to be 750mg sust and 400mg deca for 8 weeks...not starting it for AT LEAST 2 months. I need some rest time from the frequent winny injects of this past cycle.

If anyone any dieting advice or whatever let me know, I've learned alot over the past couple months.

One thing for u guys trying to get abs:
U can do all the ab workouts u want but if u don't diet correctly and do cardio u won't ever be able to rip them out....christ, I'm till trying to get mine better, still.

Wat was your cycle before your cutting cycle of winny & eq? How many cycles have u done sofar besides the sust only cycle u have mentioned as your first?
 
FYI.....STUPS has massive legs and would be willing to bet that he can out SQUAT more than 80% of you all....I lifted with him all of Last Spring 2000 and he was going as high as 405 for reps of 8....Pretty awesome considering his weight and height.....He also has a pair of sick calves....

you're kidding right? 'cause this guy looks good, but bf% is more like 8-9%. not 6-7 in a million years. and i'm talking about skinfold measurement. when you get 6-7% w/ skinfold measurement, you see a LOT more of stuff. i'll be posting some new pics soon. i'm about 8-9% w/ skinfold and i'm much more ripped.

Congrads on such great results bro. That is the look i am going for, no more no less. I am at 193lbs right now, i had my BF%down to about 9% but poor dieting and slacking with the cardio, its gone up again. Good Luck with your upcoming cycles.

PS: where in NJ did you train?

NJStacked and i worked out in DC. We were there for about 4 months. I'm planning on visiting him in NJ very soon though...I was looking at plane tix last night in fact.


The diet...pretty stricked...I started w/ high protein/low carb, but was too tired to get good workouts. I adjusted the carbs to about 200-250/day to give me energy. I would take them in in the morning and afternoon before I worked out, and then again directly after working out. It seems to work better for me this way.

I figured the carbs wouldn't kill me b/c of the cardio that I was doing, so I think the cardio is important...if u lowered the cardio, I would lower the carbs.

Hope this helps.

Shoot me an email when you hit up NJ, if you are any where in the area we can hit the gym bro. Definitely could learn alot from each other. I am 5'9'', about 190lbs, and BF%11(?). I will be posting pics at the end of August.

What does your cardio look like? How intense is it? Do you have a quick metabolism?

ok...I will let u know when I go to NJ. I'm not sure exactly where he lives, but it is on the shore somewhere. We'll have to stay in touch...email me anytime...Its nice to talk to someone w/ similar stats and goals.

I do have a pretty fast metabolism.
I do the Stairmaster on level 9 for 25 min. I do it 4x per wk, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
