my stats are/were almost the same but i was never satisfied. when i lost it and came to my current stats, i look back and wish!
it wasnt a simple EQ and winstrol either, hell with my genetics i needed anadrol, deca, winstrol, clen, eca, t-200, propionate, sustanon; all combined with no cardio or diet. i ended up loosing 12% bf lost 6 inches on my waist while staying the exact same weight, 186 at 5'6"

I ended up losing about 10 lbs. when I was off if not more. Thats what pissed me off I dropped weight pretty fast, but still had some quality gains.
I would suggest it to anybody as a 1st cycle. Next is going to be 750mg sust and 400mg deca for 8 weeks...not starting it for AT LEAST 2 months. I need some rest time from the frequent winny injects of this past cycle.
If anyone any dieting advice or whatever let me know, I've learned alot over the past couple months.
One thing for u guys trying to get abs:
U can do all the ab workouts u want but if u don't diet correctly and do cardio u won't ever be able to rip them out....christ, I'm till trying to get mine better, still.

The diet...pretty stricked...I started w/ high protein/low carb, but was too tired to get good workouts. I adjusted the carbs to about 200-250/day to give me energy. I would take them in in the morning and afternoon before I worked out, and then again directly after working out. It seems to work better for me this way.
I figured the carbs wouldn't kill me b/c of the cardio that I was doing, so I think the cardio is important...if u lowered the cardio, I would lower the carbs.
