What exactly is the Jared Plan? Can you explain it in more detail please? I really want to lose more weight, I am eating about 300 grams of protein now with low carbs and fat.

If this jared plan is good I will switch.

The Jared plan, is the Subway commercial with the obese guy that lost his weight by eating subway sandwiches everyday.


Circus- Although i promote honesty, you come across a bit arrogant and it's simply rude. There are otherways to express "tough love" without totally bringing someone down..
