Front Double Bicep and Rear Lat Spread, sorry that I am kind of sweaty in these, both days they were taken I had just got home from the gym.
I hope this will motivate me to get into better shape. My diet is on track and I have been losing weight steadily for a while. Anyways I will post the new ones up in 10 weeks with Fonz and HighIntensity.
