As of 2 and a half years ago I started weight training extremely serious. When I started out I had shitty maxes. 135 bench, 215 squat, 315 dead, 95 clean, 65 snatch. Over the years of hard work and supplementing I have made incredible progress. My most recent maxes are 360 bench, 505 squat, 585 dead, 330 clean, 275 snatch. Keep in mind I'm almost 16. No this isn't BS or gear. This is called dedication, motivation, hard work, and knowledge. So before anyone says something smart you should realize you can accomplish what you set your mind to.
