✅ EF log update: Sunday - rest day

➕ Happy Sunday my elite fit brothers, nice pace and needed rest day today - still keeping food and steps at a decent rate and really helping me with this leg of my growth phase

➕ we’re now 4 weeks into new coach, and programming to match - things are moving like crazy right now with major progression each week and it’s so early on - can’t wait to see what happens

Thanks bro, so I bulk prep all the meat, rice and potatoes once a week

Then each evening I make up the meals for the next day with them, so only prep once a week - but weigh them out and make them up each day (only because I couldn’t fit that many containers in my fridge at once haha)

Thanks bro, and for sure we’re the same with fridge space haha but it’s no stress making them for the next day when I make dinner
