Happy start to the week brothers, hope everyone day was off to a killer start!
1st rest day of the week for me so nothing to exciting to report, feels much needed since Iβve been pushing up harder then I have before in the last two weeks with adjustments to my coach, new programming and larger increase in food. Feeling incredible and making more progress in the last two weeks then I have in years.
Keeping active and steps at 10k still today, carbs slightly down on rest days but plenty of food to keep me ticking over.

4am killer leg session this morning, Thos is my second leg session for the week with my new programming and new coach - could not be happier with the amount of progression we are making in such a short period of time.
