✅ EF log update: Wednesday - shoulders + arms

💚 What’s happening my Elite Fit Fam, Hope y’all having a killer mid-week already and smashing it or resting up.

🔥🔥 Killer ass 4am shoulders and arms session in the bag with his morning, feeling amazing and full as a house right now.

📊 I’ll have more detailed updates next week, as I want to take my time to go though my new plan and my own speed first.

Sneaky post workout meal, my fav of the day with more then 150g of carbs right now

Each to there own for sure, I eat 7 meals a day brother so good to have a easy digestion meal like this for me

🔥 Happy start to the week brothers, hope everyone day was off to a killer start!

📊 1st rest day of the week for me so nothing to exciting to report, feels much needed since I’ve been pushing up harder then I have before in the last two weeks with adjustments to my coach, new programming and larger increase in food. Feeling incredible and making more progress in the last two weeks then I have in years.

Keeping active and steps at 10k still today, carbs slightly down on rest days but plenty of food to keep me ticking over.

🧬 massive shouts to my brothers at @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep - never made better progress my whole life then right now and all thanks to the boys!

🥣 sneaky meal:
60g cream of rice, 20g whey, 100g blueberries, 100g strawberries, 50g raspberries, 20g almond butter, salt.
