My new LAME diet

So I travel a LOT right now and rather than eating at diners, I am doing a three sandwich a day rotation. I blew up like a baloon through the holidays which is when I was forced to give up my 3 hour a day bike rides due to skin issues. So since I hate veggies, I found myself tacking on 15-20lbs of mainly fat since Septempber because of always eating out and usually at fatty Mexican restaurants or slamming pasta or rice. Aside from Tuna, I can't stomach fish either, if I add other fish or veggies to my diet I run for the toilet, my body just can't process them. I am a tall and pretty thin 5'11" at 185 right now. When I graduated HS I was that weight, but almost no fat from my hardcore martial arts workouts. Mind you, I just nailed a HUGE kidney stone recetly from my high startch diet...

~9am get out of bed, drink some SunnyD, maybe throw down a few Orean brand wheat pancakes. I don't always get the chance for this b'kfast.

~11am peanut butter (chunky) with honey. I get some kick from the sugars in the honey. This is my fat for the day. Glass of distilled water.

~4pm I have a very lean roast beef or turkey sandwich. Glass of distilled water.

~8pm I have 1/2 can tuna Glass of distilled water.

~10pm I finish that can of tuna. Glass of distilled water.

~11-12, long walks, can't run due to bad (plastic) kneecap.

I may add something from old Mexico like clen to help me get rolling, but any other thoughts. Hell how bad would a little lipo be? mind you I am sticking to a diet, not just saying lipo is the end all be all.
 
I was thinking of adding in some whey protein shakes at meals 1, 3, and 5. Toss in a hardboiled egg and oatmeal instead of pancackes, or add some serious syrup to bump those cals up lol
 
a little fat loss, before i get back into as. just wanna drop a few pounds, somebody was telling me since i am a moderate kinda guy i can do dnp pgfa or something on a real short term to get me back to my pre holiday pigout weight. not like i need to drop all at once.

Dude, this needs some serious rethinking... why not take a look around at some of diets posted...

1. Peanut butter and Honey??? so you spike insulin and follow it up with fat?
2. Processed carbs for breakfast
3. No protein until 4 pm
4. What is the deal with the distilled water???

first of, you need to eat more, but more of the correct things. It is OK to down a can of tuna in one sitting, you don't need to spread it (the tuna is not the one fattening you up).

I would say, calculate your caloric expenditure and move from that point on. I don't think this deit is worth fixing, you need a new one
