So I travel a LOT right now and rather than eating at diners, I am doing a three sandwich a day rotation. I blew up like a baloon through the holidays which is when I was forced to give up my 3 hour a day bike rides due to skin issues. So since I hate veggies, I found myself tacking on 15-20lbs of mainly fat since Septempber because of always eating out and usually at fatty Mexican restaurants or slamming pasta or rice. Aside from Tuna, I can't stomach fish either, if I add other fish or veggies to my diet I run for the toilet, my body just can't process them. I am a tall and pretty thin 5'11" at 185 right now. When I graduated HS I was that weight, but almost no fat from my hardcore martial arts workouts. Mind you, I just nailed a HUGE kidney stone recetly from my high startch diet...
~9am get out of bed, drink some SunnyD, maybe throw down a few Orean brand wheat pancakes. I don't always get the chance for this b'kfast.
~11am peanut butter (chunky) with honey. I get some kick from the sugars in the honey. This is my fat for the day. Glass of distilled water.
~4pm I have a very lean roast beef or turkey sandwich. Glass of distilled water.
~8pm I have 1/2 can tuna Glass of distilled water.
~10pm I finish that can of tuna. Glass of distilled water.
~11-12, long walks, can't run due to bad (plastic) kneecap.
I may add something from old Mexico like clen to help me get rolling, but any other thoughts. Hell how bad would a little lipo be? mind you I am sticking to a diet, not just saying lipo is the end all be all.
