Okay, I do empty stomach cardio and lift weights starting at 5 am everyday. I get home and eat around 7-730. I then eat again at 1030-1100. I eat again at 100-130. All day I do real well, I know what to eat for the most part. My next meal is at 500 pm. Problem is when should I eat again, and what should it be (ie protein shake)? I usually go to bed at 11-1130. I am still trying to drop weight, so far I lost about 45 pounds and have about 12 more I would love to lose. Any help would be greatly appreciated...
