Thanks a lot for the comments, they are all appreciated. Especially from George Spellwin, it is an honour. I'm in the US this year on holiday with my fiance and will be passing through NY on the way back to the UK. I was wondering if you'd mind me passing by the Elite office and meeting you all. I would be cool to meet you all and get a photo with you.
No. of cycles erm??? I honestly don't know. The amount of cycles I've done are not really relevant as I have made a come back over the last year. I have trained for 13 years in total, starting at 15 when I was around 8 stone. Started juice at 21 after 6 years of natural training and after quite a few cycles got up to around 15st 10lb. I was looking at competeing at the time but had a nasty car accident that knocked me right off course. It took me a long time to recover but I ended up slacking a lot and for the next 4 years or so I gradually went down hill. I thought I would never compete, although I did still did the occasional cycle and trained regularly my heart wasn't in it and my diet was quite shit. I also teach martial arts and training hard in that really kept the weight off me, even though I love it as much as bodybuilding.
Two years ago I was at a low point where I actually dropped down to 12st 7lb. I decided to change things and I did. I got out of the relationship that was the main cause of me being down and got back into full on hardcore training. The first year or so I steadilly progressed back up to 14 1/2 stone and 3 months ago I decided to do what I should have done all those years ago - compete. At 28 and 13 years in the gym I have nothing other than my physique to show for all my hard efforts so I decided if I don't do it now then I never will. I want a trophy or at least a set of photos that I can show everyone when I'm old! Since I've had the comp. date on my mind my training has improved so much and I never stop eating! It is a big show but I am so focused right now and I am going there to win. I've added 1 1/2 stone on my current cycle taking me up to 16st (the heaviest I've ever been) and still maintained fairly low bodyfat with still a further 3 weeks to go.
More pics will follow as I prepare for my show in the next 3 months.
