Approved Log My Cardarine + cardazol +TRT cutting cycle Log

I did 2 caps after breakfast then 3 caps pre-training. Was a bit too much. I think I’ll go down to 4 caps and 1 intra.

I only did 5 caps and I was too energetic all throughout my workout. I didn’t even take the intra workout dose because I felt too buzzed.
 
Most of carbs are coming from fiber though. The only places left I can cut carbs are the 2 servings of fruit I eat, 2 servings of beans I eat, and the 1 serving of veggies I eat. Should I cut those?

I’m going grocery shopping next Sunday and was planning on picking up beef jerky and Quest protein chips (which are only 4g of carbs a bag).

I just found a low cal zero carb lean Korean beef recipe I’m going to use to meal prep this week. I made it for dinner tonight. Tasted absolutely delicious. Going to pick up some kimchi tomorrow.

So I think I’ll be having hummus and Korean beef for the next few weeks.

Today is my cheat meal. I’m going to Trader Joe’s and making birria enchiladas and some light calorie dessert. Thinking of one of their Portuguese donuts. Will post pics.

Weighed myself today. I cam in at 150.1lbs and I lost 2lbs in a week. I'm not sure how I'm back to 150lbs but I look bigger especially in my back than before my cycles.

I also re-did my macros to incorporate my new weekly meal prep.

Go easy on the tomato sauce. It can really tear up the stomach with the acid.
 
A banana still have some fiber in them but that's fine. Some people can't handle high fiber anyway.

Seems to be a popular place. I've been there a couple times, wasn't really a big fan.
It’s a specialty grocery store. You still need to go to a regular grocery store to get a lot of stuff. What I like about Trader Joe’s is that the majority of their foods are low sodium and organic at great prices. Way cheaper than Whole Foods.

I'm very glad that you're hitting the cardio, so religiously. That's gonna help you a lot.
 
A lot of times the sauces and these condiments are real killers. They can ruin a healthy meal.
 
Careful with spicy food.

If you have IBS or things like Chrome or something, it can really mess you up big time and you don't want that.
 
I would make your own sauce or your own marinade.

Tomato sauce is no good way too. Acidity in the stomach.
 
You can always just spray some lemon on your food. It always makes it taste good.

I dropped my Korean beef on the floor lol so I had a bag of quest bbq chips, 1 quest cookies and cream bar, hummus, cucumber and banana peppers with a little lemon and chili flakes, 1/2 scoop of whey protein with h20.

And for dessert I’m having 10 calorie sugar free hot cocoa.

  • Cable biceps curl 135lbs up 15lbs 4x6
  • Cable isolated tricep extensions (lateral head) 50lbs 3x12 up in reps
  • DB Spider Curls (short head) 35lbs 3x12 up in reps
  • Cable rope overhead tricep extension (lateral) 70lbs up 10lbs 3x12 dropset 50lbs 1x20
  • Zot-man curls 30lbs 3x24 up in reps dropset 15lbs 1x35
  • Overhead straight bar tricep extensions 100lbs 3x12 drop set 80lbs 1x20
30 mins moderate speed incline treadmill

Porto’s is this famous Cuban restaurant/bakery here in LA. Food was so good. Totally worth the 1 hour delivery time.

I waited 2.5 hours for delivery. 3 different drivers. Nobody wanted to deliver it. Was so worth the wait.

training, i like the whole pre post cardio perfect 1 hour! and bench i would go with 3 x 15 reps

I’m taking 5 caps on training days. Should I go up to 6?

Tan and oil up as well. You'll notice a big change when you do that.

i think 5 caps a day is more then enough.

even dropping it down a bit would be fine.
