I’ll calculate cutting macros tonight. I need to also re-do my split to integrate more cardio. I wanted to legs twice a week but I’m not sure how to do so without overtraining legs on cardio. Or training legs once a week sufficient on a cut?

I plan on taking cardarine ED after breakfast 20mg and cardazol + TRT.

Also I post a final tren+tbol progress pic from the cycle.

once a week training legs is fine and all body parts once a week max but more cardio is crucial
cardio will be king for cutting

Brother, I don't think it's necessary to train your legs more than once a week.

Especially if you're going high volume and hitting them hard.
 
Looking forward to seeing all your pictures and updates. This will be a fun one to follow.
 
You can do legs twice a week or even three times a week.

But you need to cut back on the volume, so you don't overtrain.
 
If you overdo it on your legs, you can run into problems with your hips knees. Ankles feet, Etc.

Results from my tren+tbol cycle. I’ll weigh myself tomorrow but overall I’m very pleased with my results. Definitely looking forward to my cutting results. I did shrink in size a bit. I didn’t take creatine for this week so pretty sure I lost some water weight, but back on now.

cardazol not sure but n2bm is domestic, I got my pack in 5 days last time.
 
cardazol is easy am 1 cap with food, preworkout 2 caps with shake and 1 cap during training intra workout @Mk11kh

6am after breakfast 1 cap, before training 30min 1 cap and right before gym 5min 1 cap and middle of training 1cap

I haven’t received the Cardazol yet. They gave me a tracking number but it hasn’t updated. Hopefully tomorrow or Thursday.

i like cardazol but my favorites are n2guard and hcgenerate.

One should be utilizing those.
 
Not a lot of people train their back properly.
It's very important to balance out the muscle groups.

Yoga ball planks 4 sets 60 seconds
Standing cable crunches 60lbs 4x12 up in reps

Postworkout i did 7 min stairclimber 7 min incline treadmill and 7 min bicycle

I’ll take a progress pic Monday or next week to give the stack a chance.

You can update the intake, get 3-4 caps, we always go slow lets try tomorrow to up the cardazol to 3-4 caps pre training bro

So i gained 1 lb this week. My excel spreadsheet that I use to calculate my macros had an error in it. I had 1 calorie inputted instead of 140 calories for my protein powder during lunch.

My updated macros are: 2126 calories 191g of protein 40g of fat 314g of carbs

Just finished my chest workout. I did the 4 cardazol today and I’m dripping sweat! Amazing endurance and workout and so much more energy for cardio!

20 mins jogging treadmill

  • Bench press 135lbs 4x15,15,12,12 up in reps
  • Kitana tricep extensions (lateral head) 7lbs 4x15 up in reps
  • Seated incline press 150lbs 4x12
  • Incline bench cable French press(long) 100lbs 4x15 up in reps

I don't think there's anything wrong with fruit. If you can get fresh fruit organic, there's nothing better.

When you are talking about fruits and carbs, it all comes down to how much you are eating. Fruit is obviously a much better option than some other carbs but it is also easy to overeat some of them. Just comes down to you. For me, I like having fruit and veggies in my diet for all the vitamins and minerals.

If I eat fruit in a serving it’s no more than 100cal worth

I didn’t have time to do post workout cardio I had some appointments this afternoon to take care of.

I’m at 4 caps of cardazol on training days. I kinda feel more energetic. Today I kinda felt sluggish.

start upping the cardazol to 3-4 caps pre training and 1 cap intra training

I did 2 caps after breakfast then 3 caps pre-training. Was a bit too much. I think I’ll go down to 4 caps and 1 intra.
