i was just hoping someone might offer some feedback. i noticed that most of y'all aren't as reliant on nontraditional foods (protein bars and shakes) as i am. is that bad? oh, i am 6' 185m and begining to see decent (>1 pound a week) weightgain. i also take 10g of creatine before i work out and have just begun to take androsteindiol daily as well.
7:45 am shake 50g isopure protein, bananna 3 strawberries, 1 yogurt
10:00 am 30g protein from myoplex bar
12:00 lunch (usually sub or burrito: quiznos , subway, moe's, slotzchy's)
4:00 pm 30g protein bar
8:00 pm dinner (about 1/4 pound of boar's head turkey and some kind of pasta dish with some veggies)
11:00 pm shake 50g isopure protein, bananna 3 strawberries, 1 yogurt
~200g of protein. enough? I have just begun to REALLY work out hard. for 6' 185 mind you.
